The 2018 completed house Dünenrose with seven individually and tastefully furnished apartments is located just a few steps from the beach in Börgerende. All apartments are modern and furnished to a high standard. For excursions in the area and many leisure activities, the house Dünenrose is the perfect starting point - and at the same time the perfect place to retire and to find peace and relaxation. Far away from mass tourism, the former fishing village Börgerende is located directly on the Baltic Sea beach between the "White City by the sea" Heiligendamm and the Baltic Sea Nienhagen. An appealing new construction in the style of modern resort architecture preserves the original character of the place. The beach of Börgerende is divided into textile and nudist areas, as well as a dog beach. But not only water lovers come here at their expense. Nature lovers will know Borgerende in every season and learn to love. A walk along the sea to the ghost forest, a hike to Heiligendamm, a visit to the Doberaner Münster, a trip to Warnemünde, Kühlungsborn or Rostock are just a few suggestions for an interesting stay. The approximately 1\. 100 km long Baltic Sea Cycle Route leads directly along the water through the town Börgerende. Swimming, lounging on the beach, fishing, walks along the sea to Heiligendamm, by bike along the Baltic Sea cycle path, a ride on the train-Molli, golf, horseback riding ... everything possible! 3 room apartment: Between Kühlungsborn and Warnemünde lies the small, tranquil Börgerende with beautiful, well-kept holiday homes. Until Heiligendamm walk about 3.5 km along the beach. A great location for cyclists (Ostseeradweg) walkers and nature lovers. Free Wi-Fi available. Our modern, bright 3 room apartment (about 58m²) is located on the ground floor and has its own parking space. It is located in a traffic-calmed zone and is about 200 m as the crow flies from the natural beach. Within walking distance you can reach it in 2 - 3 minutes. The apartment was completed in the fall of 2018 and is from April 2019 in the rental. The apartment has a terrace facing south-west. A beach chair, beach umbrella, table with 4 chairs and an electric grill invite you to linger. The open area of the living room and kitchen is tastefully decorated. Flat screen TV, stereo system and Blu-ray player are provided. The cozy sitting area can be converted into a sofa bed. A dining table with 4 chairs completes the whole thing. The fitted kitchen is very well equipped. Oven with grill function, 4-plate ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee and Nespresso machine are available, as well as toaster, kettle and much more. Through the large window in the modern bathroom, this is very bright. A walk-in shower, and a vanity with vanity unit and large mirror belong to the equipment. A hair dryer and vanity mirror are of course available. There are 2 bedrooms. The smaller one has a box spring bed 1.40 x 2.00 m, a wardrobe, bedside table and decos. The large bedroom has 1 box spring bed 1.80 x 2.00 m (2 single mattresses), 1 large wardrobe with safe, 2 bedside tables and 1 flat screen TV. The apartment has underfloor heating. A modern ventilation system ensures a pleasant indoor climate. It is a Non smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed. For a fee travel cot, high chair and linen sets can be booked.
