The apartment is on the 2nd OG and has a spacious roof terrace to the southwest of almost 30 square meters. In the house Baltic Cube are seven more apartments, which will be completed for first use in the spring of 2018\. The apartment offers enough space for a relaxing holiday for families with up to 2 children or 4 adults. From the living room you reach the surrounding roof terrace with table, four chairs and a cozy sun lounger. From here you have a view towards the lake and nature reserve and can enjoy in peace and quiet the beautiful evening sun. In the contemporary living room offers a high-quality couch with comfortable reading chair and a beautiful dining table with four comfortable chairs enough space for wonderful hours even in bad weather. For entertainment, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player and a stereo are available. One bedroom has a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm), a spacious wardrobe and another flatscreen TV. The second bedroom has two comfortable single beds (100 x 200 cm), each with a bedside table and also a wardrobe. The approximately 8 square meters bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower, a vanity with mirror, hair dryer and washing machine. In the fully equipped kitchenette you will find everything you need for a relaxing stay (4-ring ceramic hob, fridge and including freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and microwave with grill function). There is a storage room u. a. for suitcases and bags. To the apartment belongs directly in front of the house a generous, free car outdoor parking space. In Börgerende you have u. a. the possibility of bicycles, 4-wheel-mobile, Kettcar, etc. to rent. These can be safely accommodated at the holiday home. The apartment "Seeadlerhorst" is a Non smoking apartment, pets are unfortunately not allowed. Linen set, travel cot and highchair are chargeable via the agency to book. Secure your claim to one of the sought-after beach chairs through the agency and book now for special conditions (EUR 7, - per day, EUR 40, - per week). From the quiet apartment you can reach in a few minutes the great, extensive Baltic Sea beach. This also borders directly with the nature reserve "Conventer Niederung" with its numerous bird species and other, partly rare animals and plants. Completed in 2018, the holiday home "Haus Baltic Cube", with individually furnished apartments, is located just 500 meters from the beach in Börgerende. For excursions in the area and many recreational activities, the holiday property in the Seestraße is the perfect starting point - and at the same time the perfect place to retire and find peace and relaxation.
