Breakfast package on Expedia is just the basic one and you end up paying the difference to eat from the buffet. Food is ok, there are better options nearby. No interior pool, so with kids it's not ideal due to weather conditions. Not a bad hotel, but not great either.

The front counter staff tried to give me a lesser room than the one i paid for. Then, tv was not working. When I attempted to plug it in, the tv fell off the wall mount. Then, the AC stopped working in the middle of the night. This was the only reason i was able to make use of the miniBar I PAID FOR, they wanted to charge me extra. I honestly wouldve left had i not already paid in full my entire week, also non-refund. For the 23k in mxn pesos that i paid, i expected better.

Me cobraron antes de llegar, elevaron el precio del cual yo había reservado, habitación sucia y en malas condiciones generales, no te informan nada del servicio y consumos, no puedes consumir alimentos o bebidas en vétenla si no los haz comprado en el hotel, incluso si llevas a un niño con capacidades diferentes, un muy mal servicio en general de ese hotel
