"Brilliant location right beside Tottenham Court Road station! Was a bit disappointed that we had to pay £10 each to have our bags stored until check-in or £20 for early check in. The bed wasn’t very comfortable pretty hard in fact! No coffee making facilities in the room either. Bathroom was clean but the water took forever to warm up. Didn’t have many interactions with staff so can’t comment on that. All in all the location made up for the down points of the hotel and I had a great time in London "

"Internet was intermittent room was clean and slow in getting serviced but it’s a big hotel so that’s not unusual. Location was great for all of London attractions shows and even being back to Heathrow was a short walk to the tube and a very quiet train ride right into Heathrow … I’d definite stay there again "

"The hotel was very charming and close to the Kings Cross train station and buses. The rooms were small but had everything you could need. Very comfortable beds. "

"The hotel has a pub, cafe/pizzeria and shop onsite. We were upgraded to a room in the City Sleeper part of the hotel which looks freshly decorated. Liked the Brit pop style panels along the corridors. We had a room looking down into the courtyard so no traffic noise. The room was quite spacious and the twin beds were not next to each other which was great as we are not a couple. Ate in the pub and the food was good."

"Who wants to spend £200 for 6 hours in a shoe box? Unfortunately thats london but the pictures online are misleading. To put the size of my room in to perspective.....i couldnt dry my hair properly because of the wall! It was OK. It was clean-ish (do not hold the duvet up to the light). But for the money, i expected better. "
