"We had such a lovely stay. The property was very clean and tidy and I have OCD so I am fussy! It had everything that was needed for our stay such as utensils, pots and pans etc. The rooms are much bigger than the photos make you believe so were delighted when we arrived. The heating was on from 7am to 10pm which was lovely as we visited beginning of October. They also said if we were cold at any point they would adjust the temperature for us which wasn't needed as the the temperature was...

"Hotel massive. Like a maze. Room was very standard and simple but clean. Had a back room so looking in the the yard and other rooms but didn’t want to pay £30 extra for sea view. Mainly for older generation as in our 30’s 40’s we were the youngest there. Breakfast was self service and very nice. All fresh. Tv very small could do with bigger. Right at the attractions and great location. "

"Nice hotel cleans and very helpful staff made my way up early and they got me early check in always worth ask . Parking free at the back hotel . Entertainment of night was good and loads friendly ppl a lot calmer hotel than being up on main part were a lot busier 1 mile to the fair which why we came for . "

"Owner Geoff was very welcoming to us and he has a good approach to customer service, the breakfast is very good and of good quality and it's a buffet so you can have as much as you like which makes this a good value stay Location is about 6 - 7 walk to the pleasure beach and sandcastle waterpark and the tram stop is close by to meaning you don't have to bring your car here which saves in car parking Next time we are in Blackpool it's an easy decision to come back to this hotel"
