Bismarck Trip

Pros: Clean room, nice temperature.
Cons: Breakfast. Biscits and gravy along with the eggs and sausage were good but there was not much for fruit choice and bread.
Room was very clean and the temperature was just right when I first walked in the room. The bed was a joy to sleep since I have back problems and most beds make me uncomfortable. Your staff is very friendly and help full and willing to accomidate.

The Kelly Inn in Bismark is a good value. Its not perfect due to the fact that they, like the rest of Bismark, are struggling to hire and keep good help. The staff they have will do the best they can to make your stay enjoyable.

Did not have a good stay. Hotel room had no heat and they did not inform us upon check in. Took a long time to get hot water in the shower. Were given extra blankets as they could not repair the problem for a few days. Did not receive a discount. Did not have coffee supplies in room.

Decent hotel but Staff was not welcoming

I arrived at the hotel to check-in at about 7pm on a Friday with my 2yr old. Waiting on the girl at the front desk for several minutes before she came out and acted like "what do you want?" ... Um I'm here to check-in? In the middle of checking me in she answered the phone, which is understandable as she was the only one there. However she continued to have a 5+ minute conversation while I stood there waiting for my keys with a hungry 2yr old. Perhaps the staff just needs a little training in customer service .... I was irritated right off the bat which made the rest of the stay irritating. A friendly welcoming face first impression sometimes could have made all the difference. You probably won't get that at this hotel. ... Good luck.
