From the moment you step inside, the airy layout creates a warm, inviting space perfect for work or relaxation.  
  
 ✨ Guest Verification & Deposit: Please read the listing note section before booking your reservation with us.   
 🚗 Parking: Please note—onsite parking is not provided. Paid metered street parking is available nearby.  
  
📲 Check-In Made Simple: All guests use the Grata app for seamless building and unit access. Download before arrival for a smooth check-in. We also provide door code for our guest that are the “code type of people =)”

To protect both guests and our home, a mandatory option from a $35 non-refundable damage waiver or a $300 refundable security deposit. Deposits are a hold only, and funds are automatically released after your stay if no damage or rule violations occur.
