Welcome to our home! This condo is nestled within the Historic Highland Park neighborhood within walking distance to several parks, a local coffee shop, and many great food options. Whether you're in town for business or vacation, our home has all the amenities you will need. The inside is 1500-square foot with two spacious bedrooms, a full sized bath, an office area, a stocked kitchen, and washer/dryer. The outside includes a large, semi-private backyard for guests to enjoy.

Very cozy and comfortable!
Everything went very smoothly! Check in was a breeze. Jeremy is so easy to communicate with. This rental is as shown in the pictures. It is very comfortable and well stocked! We will stay here the next time we are in Birmingham!

Premier Location and Home
This place was fantastic. It is nestled in the Highland Park area of Birmingham. It is a quiet location, but so close to the downtown area. Everywhere we needed to go was 6-10 minutes away by car. The home has two bedrooms that are far enough away from one another if you're travelling with friends. There was coffee, bottled water, and our favorite perk--Pop Tarts. The sun room is truly magical for reading, don't forget to set aside some time to spend there. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive. Would stay here again next time I visit.

Cute and Comfortable
Our family of 4 spent a night at the condo on our road trip. The neighborhood was attractive and parking convenient; directly out front. The condo was spacious with comfortable seating. The sunroom was delightful, and full of plants. Both bedrooms had comfortable beds and bedding and the bathroom was very functional. The kitchen had what we needed for the meal we picked up from a nearby restaurant, complete with a corkscrew and pretty wine glasses. In the morning the Keurig and snacks were appreciated. The building was quiet and we all slept soundly and comfortably. Overall this was a very pleasant place to spend the night and I highly recommend it.
