Conveniently located just one mile from the beach, this bay-view house offers the perfect home base for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation with your family and friends! The home belongs to South Bethany Tennis Club, which is located directly behind the town hall at the end of Canal Drive. You can bike or drive there.

This beautiful abode enjoys a fantastic location near restaurants and great attractions, including Bethany Beach Boardwalk, Fenwick Island State Park, Discoversea Shipwreck Museum, Viking Golf & Go-Karts, Northside Park, and Ocean City Beach.

As you enter this airy home away from home, you will discover a spacious open floor plan with cathedral ceilings and gorgeous wooden accents throughout. The inviting living room will be perfect for spreading out comfortably with your loved ones and streaming favorite shows and movies on the large smart TV with streaming and cable services. If you are visiting during the colder months, stay warm with the electric fireplace. Right next to the TV is a convenient wet bar. Prepare delicious homemade meals and snacks in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy your feasts at the dining table or take it to the waterfront deck, furnished with a fantastic outdoor dining area. A beautiful waterfront sunroom off of the kitchen provides you with a great spot to unwind and relax after a delicious meal.

This floor enjoys two bedrooms, one of them being the primary suite. The main suite has water views, a smart TV, access to the sunroom, and an en suite bathroom with a jetted tub. The second bedroom has water views, a TV, and a well-appointed desk should you need to work or study remotely. The second floor offers two additional bedrooms. Extra perks include a private boat ramp and dock, an on-site washer/dryer, high-speed WiFi, two kayaks, and four adult bikes.

The information for signing up for courts is located in the closet in the foyer as well as two tennis rackets that you may use.
The owner will provide one (1) South Bethany Beach parking pass. A $100 fee will be charged for any lost or stolen parking pass.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
