We noticed multiple spider webs and spiders in the kitchen, and one of the bedsheets was heavily stained with purple marks. On the third day of our stay, we discovered a used diaper in the laundry basket—an unpleasant surprise, especially since there were no infants in our group. The check-in process was particularly challenging, and Vacasa's customer service provided little to no assistance.
