Rental Fee: 100% of the reservation will be charged to your payment method at booking confirmation. Security Deposit: Upon check in, an authorization hold (security deposit) of $250 will be placed on your payment method. As long as no property damage occurs during your stay, we’ll initiate a release of the hold placed on your card 7 days after your checkout.
