Our space is perfect for weekend travelers and business professionals alike. When you stay with us you'll feel the royal woo-pig-sooie treatment as our condo is themed red and black for the Arkansas Razorbacks.

The condo is atop Dickson Street Liquor, the number one liquor store in the entertainment district, and owned by the owner of the shop. You'll get premium discounts and be able to walk down the private entrance to have your own private patio.

We happily stock all basic welcome amenities for your stay with us! We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days worth and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay.
