It is located in a highly demanded area and ideal for those who do not want to depend on any type of vehicle, as it is just a step away from all services. It is on one of the most well-known Avenues in the wonderful city of Benidorm, just a step away from the famous Triangular Square. Levante beach with a length of 2,084 metres of coastline, its water is perfectly marked, it is of fine sand and is possibly the most recognised beach in Benidorm. It is identified by the lighting of its promenade, characterised by a continuous row of streetlamps that runs from one end to the other of the beach. It is very central and has easy access. Important information about arrival time: The key collection time is from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM; if you wish to arrive earlier, it will depend on availability, and we cannot provide information until the day of arrival. If you arrive after 12:00 AM, there will be a late check-in fee of €45\. A few extra touches would make it perfect. There was no free wi-fi and I think the price we paid should have included this. There was also no change of towels or bed linen, which we always have had with previous agents. My elderly mum was with us and would have appreciated access to English T.V. channels as she stayed in several nights. Double bed was really comfortable with a memory foam mattress but unfortunately the sheet was too small and we spent time adjusting it every time we turned over in bed. As I said, beautiful apartment with fabulous location but a few little extras, or information about linen, wi-fi, t.v. beforehand would have made it helpful. ##### chris k. ### 10/10 Excellent #### Liam K. 26 Oct 2021 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Probably one of the best locations in Benidorm Located right on the beach and very near to the old town this apartment met all our expectations. The apartment itself is spacious enough, the bathrooms were more than adequate and the shower mixer tap allowed for good control over the water temperature. More often than not I have encountered taps that either gave too hot water and the slightest adjustment towards colder water gave too cold water. Not so in the bathrooms of this apartment. Kitchen was good with all utilities and a good refrigerator. But the best thing about this property was the beach views. The windows facing the beach open over nearly the entire breadth of the living room, and on the corner as well, creating a near-fully open air dining area. Beds were basic, but there were good silent modern aircons in every bedroom. Having the beach right across the street was great for us (family with 2 kids in their early teens) and at that part of the beach the sea has a sandy floor, as opposed to a rocky floor on most of the rest of the beach. If I would be pressed to name one gripe it would be that the windows facing the beach could have done with a cleaning. It did take away a bit of the luxurious feeling while enjoying the views with the windows closed. But that seems to me like an easy fix and probably isn't the same for every visit. And we had those windows open most of the time anyway. Long story short: for my next visit in Benidorm I would definitely rent this property again. ##### Liam K.
