It is located on a lush green hillside, bordered by an imposing mountain range, next to the Marbella Club Golf Resort and equestrian center. The property is part of the exclusive Marbella Club Hills Golf Club. It is located in the municipality of Benahavís, close to Puerto Banús (15 minutes), the center of Marbella and the old town (25 minutes), and the airports of Málaga and Gibraltar (55 minutes). Benahavís is known for its tranquility and for being one of the most exclusive areas in Europe. In addition, just 300 meters from Marbella Club Hills is THE LOUNGE at Monte Mayor, a restaurant that combines a privileged location with a high-quality gastronomic offering in a unique natural setting. The living/dining room terrace features a practical extendable dining table for 6 and an outdoor designer sofa with two lounge-style armchairs and a coffee table. In the master bedroom, a comfortable king size bed (180 x 200) and enough closet space for a longer stay awaits you. On the glazed front facing south, you access a private terrace not visible from the outside. The en-suite bathroom offers an ocean view bathtub or a rain shower to ensure a complete sense of physical well-being. Under the double sink, there's plenty of space for all your beauty essentials. You will find hairdryers and bathrobes in all three bathrooms. The two guest bedrooms also feature a comfortable king size bed (180 x 200), plenty of closet space and a flat screen TV. A spacious en-suite bathroom with rain shower offers plenty of space for your beauty products. Due to the sloping location, both guest bedrooms have access to a private garden. The garden is equipped with exclusive lounge furniture, sun loungers and a Weber gas barbecue, making it an ideal relaxation area.
