The Space: This stylish first-floor apartment in Hoyo 3, Los Flamingos offers modern design, comfort, and resort-style amenities. It features two bright bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a relaxing living area, and a private terrace. Enjoy mature gardens, a putting green, lagoon-style pools (15 May–15 Oct), paddle courts, a playground, on-site restaurants, 24-hour gated security, free Wi-Fi, and air conditioning for a perfect Marbella stay. This apartment provides everything you need for a relaxing and memorable Marbella holiday. Guest Access: While staying with us you can make use of all of the pools, children playground, paddle tennis court, restaurants, putting green, free parking places in garage and all amenities. See below for some recommendations: \- Peurto Banus: shopping, nightlife, cinema, harbor, many bars and restaurants : 10 minutes away. \- Marbella: old town, shopping, beach, many bars and restaurants: 20 minutes away. \- Fuengirola: shopping center, beach, water park: 45 minutes away. \- Golf Courses: many options within 10 minutes. \- Gibraltar: beautiful island: 60 minutes away. \- Ronda: 60 minutes away. \- Supermarket: (Mercadona, Diaz, Lidl, Aldi) 5 minutes away.
