The House and Property: This lovely home sits on 1 acre and has a large yard on each side of the house, making it perfect for families to stay and play. There is lots of room for yard games and a fire pit to relax around. The porch is the best place to sit and drink your coffee in the morning or relax and unwind at the end of the day. The bedrooms are spacious with 3 bathrooms, so everyone has plenty of room to be comfortable. The house is very kid friendly with a crib and some children's toys. We have a children's picnic table as well as a full size picnic table for lovely outdoor dining. Kitchen is fully stocked for ease of meal preparation, or we would be happy to suggest local dining options! The Lake Access: We are just 4 houses down from the boat launch. Our permanent dock allows you to tie your boat up during your stay--we do provide bumpers but please be cautious not to damage dock. With 100 feet of water frontage there is lots of room to play! There are chairs to lounge on the dock while the kids swim. Being on the chain of lakes, options are endless. It's only a mile and a half to Torch Lake or you can head the other direction and take the Grass River to Lake Bellaire. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings with excellent views. If you need any suggestions of things to do in the area or boat rental options, please don't hesitate to reach out! Please note: Rental agreement is required. No parties, events, or large gatherings No smoking No pets Your safety matters. There are external security cameras facing outward, they do not look into any interior spaces. We appreciate you taking good care of our home during your stay. Kitchen other areas of the house were not well cleaned. The outdoor area was dirty, needs to be cleaned prior to renters coming. Kitchen area needed to be cleaned. Shower door in bathroom didn’t slide well, light in one bedroom flickered when on. Fan did not work in one room. It was hot and we needed more fans. Needs a grill. Plugs in bathroom did not work, burner on stove didn’t turn on. Sink did not drain well in the kitchen and toilet was leaking in one bathroom. It’s a great location. We had a great time but it needs some work done. If it was cleaner I would rate 4/5 star. ##### Jennifer K.
