were perfectly catered for. We had 2 adjoining rooms on the ground floor with private access outdoors. The hotel had really thought about our accommodation. The food was excellent and they made every effort to help our birthday celebrations. The pool and sauna were wonderful and the grounds were heavenly. I wish we could have stayed longer!"

Only problem in the room was lack of plug sockets. Breakfast excellent good quality produce, not fried, tasted lovely, served nice and hot!! Staff friendly and welcoming. Area surrounding seemed quiet, co-op in walking distance also could walk to the country park. Thanks, we had a comfortable 2 nights sleep with lovely...

"I was put off by the name at first being linked to a steakhouse. However given the other reviews I gave it a try. It was great for my stay. Staff and service were great and room had some great amenities. Free parking was great. I didn’t venture out for a walk as it was on the main road. Food at the steakhouse was great and good value mid week offers. "
