ACTION NEEDED: Please send your "booking" with -one- name (first & last) of the person who will be responsible for checking into your condo at the front desk as it appears on your/their ID. The front desk is required to view the ID at check-in and the name given by you must match the ID. If the booking does not include a message from you stating a name (first & last) that is different than the name stated on your account, then the name on the account will be used for this booking. PLEASE NOTE that there may be a fee involved for a post booking name change.
I can accept a 1-night stay for a weekend night if the date is within 14 days. Otherwise, Friday or Saturday nights are a mandatory 2-night minimum stay meaning: Thursday/Friday, Friday/Saturday, or Saturday/Sunday.
Two Bedroom - Special Needs: King in master, twins in second bedroom, queen Murphy bed in living area. Chairlift for stairs in Townhouse type condo. Grab bars, roll under sink, roll-in shower. Maximum occupancy 6.

The Resort maintains a high standard through its maintenance, upgrade, and refurbishment program. As a result the unit characteristics may change from time to time and vary.
When you check into the resort, the front desk will require a $100 security deposit hold against a credit/debit card incase any major damage should occur. The security deposit will be released back to you on the day of departure.
ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED! If you have a service animal, you must let us know in writing prior to booking.
