Classic and comfortable, this three-bedroom home sits within walking distance of the beach and boat docks at the Pines Village at Bass Lake.

Inside, you'll find a space that has been thoughtfully redecorated with new, rustic-styled furnishings. Both of the main bedrooms upstairs have large glass doors that open onto decks. There’s also a front patio, a large back deck, a basketball hoop, and a backyard for your enjoyment.

Beautiful Bass Lake is a wonderful spot for boating, skiing, fishing, hiking, and bicycling. You'll be close to the heart of the Pines Village, with its restaurants, general market, bars, shops, and a full-service marina with rental boats, jet skis, and kayaks. The town of Oakhurst is about seven miles away, offering shops, restaurants, bars, a cinema, and a live stage theater of its own. The Chukchansi Casino in Coarsegold is 12 miles away and the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park is only 15 miles away.

Things to know
Bass Lake is less than 15 miles from the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park. Bass Lake reaches its peak water levels in the summer months and is lowered by 50 percent during the fall and winter months annually. Because of this, summer water levels vary each year depending on the winter season rain and snowfall.

Great location!
This place was within walking distance of everything this side of the lake has to offer. When we arrived we tried the 10-digit code several times and it would not open. Called the support number and while talking to them we finally got it to open. They asked us to try it again and it would not unlock! Had to try several times and then it opened. The keypad is very finicky. We ended up leaving the slider door unlocked when we left. Seemed very safe to do that. On a better note, the place was clean and spacious. Didn't really cook but heated up stuff. Stove was confusing to light but we figured it out. Loved the outside chairs. Mexican restaurant was next door which was nice for dinner and breakfast! We all enjoyed this house and will be back again. Hopefully, they will come up with something different for opening the front door. Other than that it was perfect!

Ok, needs some maintenance
Property met our basic needs, bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. The house needs some basic tlc; loose sink in one of the bathrooms, loose wall fixtures, fan remotes don't work, one tv the channel wouldn't change (universal remotes would be a plus for all rooms). The keyless remote didn't work, so when we arrived late, we had to contact property management. We were able to gain accees because the cleaning staff left a sliding door open, not a very safe, secure, feeling at 10pm in a strange house. Maintenence did come and fix the keyless entry the next morning. Also, cleaning staff left only conditioners in the bathroom. Small inconvenience but one reason we stay in managed properties is the amenities are provided.

The best location
This cabin was conveniently located to the pines village. It slept everyone comfortably and the front porch with beautiful lake views was big enough to have breakfast with our entire group. Plan to stay here again the next time we come to Bass Lake.

BEST PLACE TO STAY FOR YOSEMITE TRIP! NO REGRETS!
This home is the best place to be to visit most wonderful places in California! Far and secluded enough but not too urban - the best place to unwind, be with family and relax. We were a family of 10 with elderly parents and the house is very cozy, online support are very prompt and professional, and to top it off VERY BEAUTIFUL! Other than usual dust on the outside, the inside from pots and pans, beds, floor and furniture are adequate for a short or long stays. Bearable setback on old and worn couches, getting flimsy grill and old ceiling fans, it is excellent during our stay. Customer Service for this house is most outstanding! I had questions (being its our first time using Vacasa) and they answered within an hour. Even said "YES" on our last-minute request to check-in early! Thank you HOST! The community was very accommodating. We found our front tire had a flat and a hole, it was a disaster. However, a neighbor/security saw us and helped us get our space in and even brought his tools! THIS PLACE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDABLE AND WILL DEFINITELY MAKE ANOTHER BOOKING!

Everything was great plenty of room for 8 of us. Everything we needed for the weekend. We had one with a wheelchair and it wasn’t bad maneuvering them around. We’ve already booked again for next year.

Bass Lake & Yosemite Family Trip
Our family had such a wonderful time staying at the Calandri lake view house. The location is perfect as the pines village is right across the street. We never needed to drive while in town. The home is quite large and was more than enough space for our entire family. Thank you so much for letting us use your lovely home!

Perfect Getaway
Check in and check out were a breeze. Plenty of room for 11 of us over a 3night stay. Beds upstairs sit high and not easy to get on & off of but were comfortable. Bunk beds are full size on top and bottom and very comfy. Total of 4 bathrooms so that was nice. It snowed while we were there & house stayed very warm. The couches & kitchen table have seen quite a few families so would recommend replacement. Loved how upstairs bedrooms led out to back deck. Velasco's Restaurant next door was delicious! Other food places were closed because of holiday but the general store was open & was convenient for our last minute needs. Staff from Pines Resort were helpful while we walked around & explored. New Year's Eve firework show could be seen from front porch so that was a bonus!! We would def stay again!
