Welcome to your Barcelona retreat! This inviting 55 m2 apartment, located just a few minutes' walk from El Carmel metro, offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Ideal for stays of a month or more, our fifth-floor unit (note: no elevator) comfortably accommodates up to three guests.  
  
The bedroom is a cozy haven featuring a plush double bed, ample closet space, and soothing lighting—perfect for unwinding after a day in the city. The living area, bright and spacious, boasts a stylish sofa bed, a dining table for four, a flat-screen TV, and an air conditioning unit to ensure your comfort in every season. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and all the necessary utensils to prepare a delicious meal.  
  
Recently renovated, the bathroom presents a clean, modern look with a shower, toilet, and sink.  
  
Step out onto the stunning private terrace and soak up the Barcelona sun. This delightful outdoor space is complete with a barbecue and dining area, making it an ideal spot for leisurely breakfasts or sunset dinners.
