You'll receive two kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax. \- Homeowner provides pack n play, high chair, and a gate at the top of the stairs for little ones. \- AWD/4WD is required to access this home. The driveway is paved, but a steep climb up. ​​​​​​​- Garage is not available for guests. \-CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled with a 15+ day notice will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 8-14 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of their reservation payments. Bookings canceled within 7 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. We arrived to find trash on the porch, trash in some of the indoor bins, a broken hot tub, a broken shower upstairs, and a note for a bottle of wine but no bottle of wine. We immediately texted the number to report these issues and didn’t get a phone call until 24 hours later. The maintenance person said they fixed the hot tub but it never warmed up. The shower was not fixable. We are still waiting to hear back about how this can be made right.
