On my 1st day upstairs room was being repaired banging noise is annoying, called frontdesk 5 times and still not able to stop, took about 1.5 hours to end. There was no internet on 2nd and 3rd day of my stay. We arrived before lunch and they already allowed us to check in. The staff were very supportive and easy to talk with. We loved the attentiveness and courteousness of the crew of their restaurant, The Beach House. The room is very spacious and clean. We just wish that they have a designated room/place for massage and spa.
