Beautiful three-room apartment located on the ground floor, in the heart of the sought-after district of Les Esserts.The warm living room, with a fireplace, opens onto a south-facing terrace, ideal for enjoying the sun and the view. The living space also includes a cosy dining area as well as a modern, fully equipped open kitchen.The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with a single sofa bed and a Murphy bed, offering great flexibility in terms of accommodation.Two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub, complete this comfortable and functional property.A parking space in the garage is included. -- The keys are available from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at our agency : Rue de la Poste 23\.
