Modern, comfortable villa "Chicca", renovated in 2020. In the district of Li Junchi 3 km from the centre of Badesi, in a sunny, elevated position, 90 m from the sea, north-west facing position. Private: property 2'000 m2. 70 m long steep motor access to the house. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant, bar 500 m, sandy beach "Li Junchi" 90 m. Nearby attractions: Isola Rossa 9 km, Terme Casteldoria 13 km, Castelsardo 23 km. Please note: car recommended.
