I always bring a “kit” with me when we stay in a short-term rental filled with stuff that isn’t usually provided by the host and I never even had to open it while we were there. A couple, but not all of highlights were there was Kleenex in almost every room, plenty of hangers in the closets, an iron AND a steamer, plenty of towels, hand towels and washcloths in the bathrooms, hand soap at every sink, air freshener in both bathrooms, vents in both bathrooms, water/ice dispenser on the refrigerator door (and the “change filter” light was not on!), and condiments in the refrigerator! The house was very clean, beds were comfortable and each had 4 pillows, there was even an umbrella on the back deck area. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and the location was great for us. We have never been more comfortable in a short-term rental and I have been recommending this place to all my friends who frequent Austin! ##### Leah S. The location is very convenient to everything. Laurel makes everything so easy! The townhouse is so cute and nice, and extremely clean! Easy check in.
