This is a newer home that has some wear on it. It's open space worked well for our wedding preparations. The finishes are beautiful and it is light and bright. The furniture is comfy, but a little grungy from use. We could not use the garage as a camper was parked in it, but with the driveway and street parking we had enough. Rentals are never super clean and this one needs a deep clean of showers, baseboards, spiderwebs in corners and dust filled bathroom vents. Some of the cool automatic windowshades are broken. Three roomy bedrooms with two large full baths on the upper level wher both full baths are also located. The main level is a very open floorplan which is very nice for gathering. Huge and nicely appointed kitchen and work space for any size gathering. Nice backyard are for hanging out and nicely appointed to make the stay very comfortable. The only challenge I had was gaining access to the house as the number for the keypad was incorrect and took about 30 minutes to get a live person on the line to help remedy the confusion. Stayed 4 nights in Jul 2023 This review comes from a trusted partner site and has not been verified. ### 8/10 Good #### Hollie M. 25 Oct 2022 #### Beautiful but Pricey I always like to start with the positives: This house is beautiful and clean, the owners are wonderful, kind, helpful, and great communicators. The reason I did not rate check-in and comfort 5 stars is only because when we could not get in the house with the log-in code it took almost 30 minutes for someone to get back to us and the comfort was great, except for the pillows. They were very big or fluffy so it hurt our necks to sleep with those pillows. Some flatter pillows would have been nice. Also, the home is very minimalist so no dressers to put clothes away, just closets. But again, still a beautiful home and overall great! Now for some of the negative: The location question was hard for me because when we arrived, we were a little nervous because where the house is located seemed sketchy. There was an ambulance when we arrived, in front of us, stopping to pick up possibly a homeless man but really not sure. But made us a little nervous. Also, a little bit too far to walk to downtown and when we did, we had to pass many homeless encampments so we ended up Ubering the whole time. But Saturday we went to a place near us and enjoyed the entertainment and music so that is why I gave it a 3 stars. The hardest part for me in the end was the cost. We paid over $1000 a night and see it is now listed for $300 a night.
