This neighborhood has a high walking score and it's very safe to walk around. The best way to get around the neighborhood is by vehicle. There is parking space on the driveway (2 cars). You can park 1 more car on the street in front of the house. GARAGE is not available. NO sidewalk blocking. MAX 3 CARS AT ALL TIMES. This property is also conveniently located close to the CapMetro system (bus and light-rail transportation). You can use your phone GPS to find the best CapMetro route. Finally, you can always use UBER or other ridesharing platforms to move around. • Please note that though the listing shows 5 beds, there are only 4 actual beds. The last “bed” is a high-quality queen-size air mattress. • Even though we include a gas grill, we do NOT refill the gas tank. You may need to refill it at a local hardware store or gas station that refills propane tanks. • To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish.
