This large and beautiful holiday home of 450 m2, located at the foot of the Montagne Noire and facing south, enjoys an exceptional panorama.  
It comfortably accommodates up to 10 people with a high quality of service as well as high-end amenities. The villa has 4 bedrooms, three bathrooms and three toilets. .  
This house is surrounded by a fully enclosed and very well maintained 2.5 hectare park, a secure 12 x 6 m swimming pool with fitted pool house and in front of the house a row of 3 terraces where you can relax in enjoying the silence, the sun and the view.  
The region offers many possibilities whether you want cultural outings nearby (Carcassonne and Albi are both UNESCO World Heritage cities), or fun and sporting activities in the great outdoors. :
