The Space: The home unfolds across sun-filled living spaces that look directly over the water. The main lounge opens wide to an outdoor entertaining deck, a spot made for long breakfasts, afternoon reading, or watching boats drift across the bays. The connection to the outdoors is easy here, bi-fold doors draw in the salt air, the palms create natural privacy, and the light shifts beautifully across the rooms throughout the day. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area makes gathering simple, with generous bench space, comfortable seating, and a relaxed coastal feel. Oneroa Village is a short drive away, offering boutique shopping, cafes, galleries, and dining.
