Ok, but disappointing
I stayed here before and the location was great for my boyfriend and I. This time we stayed the neighbors were loud, you can hear them talking and the TV. (happened last time too) I called the front desk and the got the problem fixed. Thank you. Second night, there was an outage of power and we had to take the stairs up and down to the 4th floor with NO light. The whole place had no power. The next morning the power worked but the elevator didn't work. We had to carry our bags down .. Luckily at the way bottom there was someone to help for a couple of stairs. (stairs, not flights) We checked out asked to leave the car there and the manager said yes. We came back at night the worker said we had to PAY for our car $15.. the manager NEVER told us, plus they had a POWER outage for half the time we were there and didn't offer us anything. Not that we needed anything or complain, but they shouldn't have charged us for parking. Which made me upset. I mean if he wanted us to pay, he should told us from the beginning. It shouldn't care about making money off his guests. Should have told us in the first place instead of making us pay at the end.
