It's a nice location, clean rooms, good selection on tv. Just wish you could smoke in the rooms.

Absolutely terrible!

Posted 26-Feb-2017
I never write reviews, but i am going to write for this one! So, it was my husband's birthday. We got there around 8:30 pm, the front desk guy was an old guy who can barely use a computer, he couldn't find our reservation, even though i had my itinerary number, he refused to look it up, and asked me to call expedia as he was too busy to figure it out, so i had to call expedia, then they called the jotel, then they finally checked us in after 30mn of waiting time. We got to the room, urine was all over the toilet seat. I had to call the front desk, to send a guy to clean. He only came 20mn after. No toilet paper, as well, and hair was all over the floor. Then i went to take a shower, and to my surprise, the towels were full of foundation.. yes... someone used those towels and they didnt bother changing them. I will stop here, even though the list goes on and kn... Just one advice, make yourself a favor and do NOT go there!!!

Nice spot on boardwalk.

Posted 25-Feb-2017
2 seniors vIsited during a warm spell the end of February. Tram was small (2 cars) and full every time we saw it. Our stay was short and we were disappointed that with such nice weather we could not ride the tram and go down the boardwalk. Parking is not easy to find.

Right next door to Tropicana

Posted 09-Feb-2017
Pros: Proximity to Tropicana, hotel staff replenishing towels and cleaning up the bedroom / bathroom while we were away.
Cons: Bed comfort, pillows, ice maker, shower force, room lightning, comforters
Location: Tropicana, hooters inside Tropicana
Ehh, the room was alright. This had a cheap run down feel, as I entered the floor, it smelled like fresh paint, later on in the evening smelled straight like marijuana. The ice maker was not working on the first night, but magically began to work on the second night. The bed seemed comfortable, however upon travel back home my face just broke out with random pimples, and possible bed bug bites. The parking seems shady, during the weekday you park by yourself, weekend there is valet, which seems shady because if you don't want to valet you have to park the car outside the building area more towards the shady part of the neighborhood.

Great location right on the boardwalk.

Posted 06-Feb-2017
This hotel is right next to the Tropicana's parking garage so it was noisy all night with loud inconsiderate people outside and car alarms going off. The room was clean but very dated and the bed may have been there since the place opened. King size bed that looked like a couple of 300 pound people owned it for many years.. Big dip in the middle.

Good for short stay

Posted 26-Jan-2017
Room is ok, clean & spacious but needs updating. We booked a double bed room. Good space. Accessible to beach, boardwalk, casino accross and a nice rustic country restaurant just by the lobby. One upset though with the night receptionist, ( we checked in around 10 pm) rude and not personable at all. I guess that is why he was scheduled in the night shift. would recommend for a quick stay/ overnight.
