Worse management

Posted 19-Apr-2018
Non smoking rooms smell like a smoking bar. Lost electricity 3 times. Room was cold. Of course few customer were demanding refund back since hotel didn’t have electricity whole night. Manager got mad and start cursing at them.

Ok, but disappointing

Posted 17-Apr-2018
I stayed here before and the location was great for my boyfriend and I. This time we stayed the neighbors were loud, you can hear them talking and the TV. (happened last time too) I called the front desk and the got the problem fixed. Thank you. Second night, there was an outage of power and we had to take the stairs up and down to the 4th floor with NO light. The whole place had no power. The next morning the power worked but the elevator didn't work. We had to carry our bags down .. Luckily at the way bottom there was someone to help for a couple of stairs. (stairs, not flights) We checked out asked to leave the car there and the manager said yes. We came back at night the worker said we had to PAY for our car $15.. the manager NEVER told us, plus they had a POWER outage for half the time we were there and didn't offer us anything. Not that we needed anything or complain, but they shouldn't have charged us for parking. Which made me upset. I mean if he wanted us to pay, he should told us from the beginning. It shouldn't care about making money off his guests. Should have told us in the first place instead of making us pay at the end.

1 of the top 2 worst hotel experiences I've had

Posted 09-Apr-2018
Staff wanted to keep my car keys so they could move my car if needed. Was not comfortable with that and did not do it. Was told at least a dozen times that an extra person in my room would cost me an extra $10. Paid for three people but only had two sets of towels. TV station selection was minimal to none. Never understand when a hotel is not full, people are put in rooms right next to each other. Had to call the front desk and complain about the noise. Updates to rooms probably haven't been done in the past two decades.

Location was great

Pros: close to the boardwalk & dunkin donuts.
Cons: rooms could use some updating.
The only issue i had was the hallway where our room was smelled of weed. other then that i got what i paid for.
