Spacious and stylish

This was a great home while visiting family in the East Cobb area. It was close to shopping and restaurants. We will stay again in this clean and comfortable home.

Atlanta Braves weekend

This home by far exceeded our expectations! The pictures do not do the house full justice! Modern appliances and bathroom amenities. We loved how much space we had and having 3 bathrooms was very helpful. We weren’t aware there was a separate basement unit for different guests that parked in the same driveway, but it didn’t cause us any problems.

Not the ENTIRE HOME as headlined in the listing

The property was very clean, amenities were excellent, property owner was attentive. Unfortunately I trusted the Listing Headline…ENTIRE HOME, and didn’t see the was in fact a SHARED HOME note buried with the excessive amount of information in the Things To DO. I used to live in ATL. So I confirm Beds/Baths which were not accurate either. 3 Bedrooms is correct 2 full and 1- 1/2 bath. Each bedroom has a King Bed. There is a sunroom with drapes off the master that has a futon and maybe they are counting the L shaped sofa which does not fold out into a bed? Anyway, no 6 beds here. The basement tenants walk right passed you sitting on the desk to get to the basement entrance..super awkward. They were VERY loud, both nights and up until 3 am yelling at each other with very loud video games on. Or maybe there is no insulation in the floor and the sounds travels. Anyway we could hear them in the morning as well. Had it been clear and properly listed that this was a shared home and not the ENTIRE HOME I wouldn’t have rented it. The interior stairs to the basement only have a deadbolt and sounds travels easily. Neighborhood is very safe however, I can’t image this listing complies with VRBO’s policies.
