"My two friends and I enjoyed a lovely weekend in a beautiful lodge with hot tub. The facilities were great and the lodge was immaculate.I’d recommend this place to anyone who wants to relax in the beautiful countryside.Staff were really friendly and helpful and obviously take great pride in the place. "Firstly, the properly hasn’t been thoroughly cleaned in a very long time. I have some quite disturbing pictures of the grime and mould that is everywhere in this property. Secondly, they did not have a cot for my son despite the fact I called and ordered one a week beforehand. Both my husband and I had to take it in turns to protect him on the bed whilst he slept so he didn’t roll off. Words cannot describe how dissapointed we are."

"Our lodge was brilliant, lots of space inside, robes and plenty of towels for the hot tub. Staff were so friendly and helpful and everything was delivered and looked after perfectly. Lodge was really well equipped with everything we needed. Location wise being only 4 miles from Alton Towers was perfect for us and felt like a million miles away after a full day in a busy theme park. Would highly recommend staying in these lodges."
