The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 2-star flat for rent in Argelès-sur-Mer, less than a kilometre from the beach. It measures 35 m² and can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 17 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a lovely bedroom and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation comprises  
\- A 17 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area  
\- A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.  
\- One bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)  
\- Bathroom with shower and WC  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.  
  
The flat is ideally located in Argelès-sur-Mer, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the residence.
