Beautiful villa with pool and sea view in Antibes

Ideal for your holidays in Antibes, this contemporary-style rental home welcomes you within a private estate overlooking the town. You benefit from a strategic location to explore the region: just 1 km from shops, 3 km from the town centre of Antibes, 4 km from the beaches, and 12 km from Cannes.

Your holiday home is set on a 1,500 m² plot with sea views. The private pool (10m x 5m, depth 110–180 cm) can be heated upon request (from mid-April to the end of October, depending on weather conditions and at an extra charge). Several terraces offer outdoor lounge areas with sea views, an outdoor shower, and private parking for 2 cars.

The fully air-conditioned villa spans approximately 300 m² over three levels:

Ground floor:
• Spacious 100 m² living/dining room with TV, Hi-Fi system, and Internet access
• Open-plan kitchen with central island
• 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), TV, and en-suite shower room with WC

First floor:
• 2 bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160 cm), TV, and en-suite shower room with WC
• 1 additional bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), TV, and en-suite shower room with WC
• Master bedroom with king-size bed (200 cm), TV/DVD, dressing room, safe, en-suite bathroom with tub, shower, and WC

Garden level:
• Self-contained apartment with kitchenette, 1 queen-size bed (160 cm) and 1 single bed (90 cm), TV, and en-suite shower room with WC
• Sauna and small fitness room
• Laundry room with washing machine and dryer

Electricity fees in Extra to be paid at the departure. Parties are forbidden.

Villa moderne et spacieuse avec un bon équipement pour 10 à 12 personnes, de bons lits, de grandes tables et un bel auvent où l'on peut s'asseoir à l'extérieur, un beau jardin et une piscine chauffée. Homesud est intervenu rapidement lorsque quelque chose ne fonctionnait pas.

Quite simply a dream villa.

Quite simply a dream villa. Beautiful and stylish throughout with every room being spacious. Balconies with views of the sea and a pool area that is stunning, even the lilos and pool drink holders were provided! Gets the sun all day and has a shaded seating area that you can chill in with family and friends whenever it takes your fancy. Set on a private estate it is calm and quiet, perfect for relaxing, but is still very close to all the amenities you need. Great restaurants around, along with a large supermarket that wants for nothing if you are a foodie that loves cooking. The fresh fish selection was incredible. A holiday we will not forget for all the right reasons. Brilliant - P & J, Ascot - England. Tout simplement une villa de rêve. Belle et élégante des chambres spacieuse. Balcons avec vue sur la mer et une piscine magnifique, même les matelas flottants de la piscine étaient fournis ! Soleil toute la journée. Des coins salons ombragés où vous pourrez vous détendre avec votre famille et vos amis. Située sur un domaine privé, la villa est calme et tranquille, parfait pour se détendre tout en restant très proche de toutes les commodités dont vous avez besoin. Nombreux restaurants autour ainsi qu' un grand supermarché où la sélection de poisson frais était incroyable. Des vacances que nous n'oublierons jamais. Super vacances. P & J, Ascot - England.

Villa Turquoise : Un vrai régal !

Having stayed at many Elegant villas around the world, Villa Turquoise was a real treat to my family and I as it has a real sense of ambiance and homeliness which calms my mind, captures the Mediterranean Sea with a magnificent view of nature with the true spirit of the South of France. We loved the views, the pool and the quality of the house where no expense was spared by the workmanship given when this home was built. We always feel relaxed here especially with the palm trees and the south facing sun beaming down on the pool and garden every day. This Villa has everything we needed, it is very well Interior designed with an immaculate cleaning service. We took advantage of the sauna, pool, BBQ and an incredibly well designed and utilised kitchen. The location was extremely convenient for journeys to Monaco, Cannes and the Cap’d Antibes itself, which is a must for walking around. As this is my 3rd time here, We will definitely come back again as there is so much to see. We Loved it and we definitely recommend Villa Turquoise. Traduction : Ayant séjourné dans de nombreuses villas élégantes à travers le monde, la Villa Turquoise était un vrai régal pour ma famille et moi car elle a un vrai sens de l'ambiance et de la convivialité qui calme mon esprit, capture la mer Méditerranée avec une vue magnifique sur la nature avec le véritable esprit du Sud de la France. Nous avons adoré la vue, la piscine et la qualité de la maison où aucune dépense n'a été épargnée lors de la construction de cette maison. Nous nous sentons toujours détendus ici, surtout avec les palmiers et le soleil orienté au sud qui rayonne sur la piscine et le jardin tous les jours. Cette villa a tout ce dont nous avions besoin, elle est très bien conçue avec un service de nettoyage impeccable. Nous avons profité du sauna, de la piscine, du barbecue et d'une cuisine incroyablement bien conçue. L'emplacement était extrêmement pratique pour les voyages vers Monaco, Cannes et le Cap'd Antibes lui-même, qui est un must pour se promener. C'est ma 3ème fois ici, nous reviendrons certainement car il y a tellement de choses à voir. Nous avons adoré et nous recommandons sans hésiter la Villa Turquoise.
