NEVER Ever returning! Booked taxi for 7.30 and I left at 6.50\. Guess they didn't want me there either?! Breakfast was plastic box croissant and they wanted money for some water with it. After travelling for 1 month all over southern Africa, we are naming this hotel as our #1 favourite. We stayed here on 2 separate occasions: at the beginning, and end of our time in Madagascar. The beds are extremely comfortable, showers hot, wifi great, clean&modern rooms- (some with amazing views of the city!) The staff were wonderfully helpful and attentive (and spoke English). Finally, the breakfast croissants are not to be missed. Loved the large shower. Great location (and security). Air conditioning also a huge plus. Didn't realize there is no elevator, so we had to carry our bags to the third floor. Had trouble with reception solely because of the language barrier (they did not speak English). Food is overpriced so we walked across the street to a great restaurant.
