Me and two friends stayed at these apartments in September this year, the apartment we stayed in was number 87H. It has a sofa bed in the living room and an actual double bed in the other room. The cleanliness of the apartment was very up to standards. The living room has a lovely view of the canal, a spacious and comfy sofa bed, even a TV with access to the apartments Netflix, at no extra cost.
The kitchen is very small but perfect if you just want to use it for day to day use. There is a coffee machine available to use as well, fridge and dishwasher also. In addition, there is an ironing board and hairdryer.
The bathroom is very spacious and fresh towels are provided. The sink is outside of the bathroom opposite the bed. Only downside to the bathroom is that there is no lock on the door.
The only downside I will say is that outside of the apartment it can be very loud, especially in the morning. We stayed at the start of September, I presume children were still on school holidays and on both mornings we were woken up by excessive screaming and shouting of children near by, we couldn't work out where it was coming from but it was very loud and very early. Also, outside of the apartment, as I was staying in the living room, you can hear people talking outside and in the other apartments and it was very frustrating at 8 in the morning being awoken by this.
Other than that, a perfect apartment, 20 minute walk from dam square and a lovely host! Would recommend
