The villa entrance is located on the ground floor, opening into the open plan kitchen, living room and dining table. Also located on the ground floor is an air-conditioned double bedroom and bathroom with a bath and washing machine.
Outside the villa is private parking space, with a path leading down to the villa entrance and private pool with sun loungers, pergola, barbecue, table and chairs.
Living Room The living room has: dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and free WIFI. There are patio doors to the pool terrace.
Kitchen The kitchen features: toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also a barbecue outside.
Bedroom Neptune has 1 air-conditioned Bedroom: The Bedroom is air-conditioned with a double bed. (FREE Travel Crib and Highchair available on request.)

As with all our properties, do not permit organised parties/events, loud music etc.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25 years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages or additional cleaning required.
