Se hubiera limpiado adecuadamente (había telarañas en los rincones y las ventanas estaban muy sucias, el olor a humedad era tremendo, especialmente en los dos dormitorios que dan al patio interior,etc).2\. La inmobiliaria R2R lo hubiera gestionado correctamente: a) Nos mandó información errónea sobre la localización del apartamento en Felechosa con un enlace que lo situaba en medio de la montaña. Tras múltiples llamadas, llegó el día de nuestra llegada y aún no sabíamos dónde estaba el apartamento. Lo encontramos preguntado puerta por puerta en el pueblo y enseñando Google View. b) El teléfono y el whatsapp de R2R corresponde a un call center, es difícil hablar con ellos y cada vez hablas con alguien diferente, que desconoce todo sobre el apartamento alquilado.c) No se presenta nadie a enseñarte el apartamento. Todo se hace a través del teléfono o whatsapp. Te envían un código de 8 números para que puedas abrir la puerta. Nos prometieron que habría una tarjeta electrónica que podríamos usar en los siguientes días en lugar de dicho código, que encontramos farragoso y que te dañaba la mano cuando intentabas abrir la puerta. Dicha tarjeta nunca apareció a pesar de que la requerimos en varias ocasiones.POR FAVOR, CAMBIEN DE INMOBILIARIA. SEGURO QUE CUALQUIER OTRA LO GESTIONARÍA MEJOR. ##### Colin P.
