General Points for this Location & Condo
The location is perfect with many services close by. Restaurants, Groceries, Bistro's, Points of Interest, Beach, Walking Promenade, Buses, Excess to outside the city, Train Station, Airport, Shopping.. The Condo & Owner. Maria is a wonderful lady that is very accommodating.. To bad we did note meet her husband, as I believe he would be a wonderful man. Their place was well laid out with a large deck and an incredible deck where we ate all the time with a full view of the ocean. It was also extremely clean. The condo was well appointed, with a renovated Kitchen & Bathroom. It was also well equipped with appliances, linens, cleaning supplies, and beach equipment. Even umbrella's. We would definitely return here for a longer period based on all the points mentioned. We wish her luck with renting this unit, as I see no reason why she would not. An unexpected little gem
So pleased we found this lovely apartment. 5 mins from the beautiful old town of Alicante and less than 5 to the beach. An ideal position! The accommodation was absolutely fantastic, spotlessly clean, well equipped with all attention to the important details like plentiful linen and appliances. It was more like a hotel room! Overlooking Postiguet beach was delightful,, sitting on the balcony a great place to have breakfast. Maria Luisa was always responsive and extremely helpful. We are looking to return next year Thank you for a wonderful stay
