Residencial San Juan enjoys a comfortable and quiet location. It is located in PAU 5 of San de Juan beach, 700 mt. from the beach of San Juan, about 10 minutes walk, surrounded by sports and leisure areas. It has all the services available; restaurants, supermarkets, green areas, very close to Alicante Golf and next to La Marjal park. Only 12 minutes from the center of Alicante. Perfectly communicated both in public and private transport. With buses (Lines 21 and 38) and tram (Lines 1 and 3).
