Our beautiful house "Villa Malva", ideal for 6 adults plus babies has 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, air conditioning, heating, free WIFi, pool, garden and incredible views of the sea and the mountains, in Alcudia / Bonaire

"Villa Malva" is located in one of the best areas of the island of Mallorca, the Cielo de Bonaire. This privileged area offers all the necessary services to make your stay more comfortable, among these services we find pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, shops, the local market in Alcudia every Tuesday and Sunday, service stations as well as beaches, routes through mountain, walks in the forest, ..., all very close to our villa. We are located in one of the most exclusive areas of the northern part of the island, very close to the well known Puerto Cocodrilo and a lot of beaches around the area such as Sant Pere beach, Sant Joan beach, Alcudia beach. In this area we can also find part of the history of the island, since we are very close to "La Talaia de la Victoria", the summit of the mountain on which we are.

Our incredible "Villa Malva" welcomes us with a beautiful stone path that leads us to the terrace that almost surrounds the entire house, allowing us to pass the 10 meter long pool sheltered by the mountain in the back of the villa to have all the privacy and tranquility while we enjoy games and relax in the sun. In the pool area, we also find a toilet and access to the house both in the living room and in the kitchen. This beautiful terrace, from the front offers spectacular views of the sea and the mountains in all its splendor, and the back allows us to enjoy a barbecue with friends or family while enjoying the pool.
Upon entering the house we find a small hall that gives way to the majestic room, divided into two heights that allows us to enjoy good moments of entertainment watching a movie, our favorite series or the sports that we like the most when having TV. satellite or enjoy the beautiful mountain views from the sofa with all the tranquility that this villa offers us

Then we have the kitchen, fully equipped and ready to delight our friends with a dinner in the light of the moon reflected in the pool at the foot of the mountain. The 3 bedrooms, which we access from the hall, are full of calm and tranquility. Two of them have two single beds (90x180) each, and the third has a double bed (150x200). Our vila has two bathrooms that are located between the rooms.

The villa will offer you sensations of tranquility and peace while enjoying the sea and the mountains that you will rarely be able to enjoy.

Guest accommodation at this holiday home offers private pools and fireplaces. Rooms open to patios. Kitchens or kitchenettes offer fridges, hobs, microwaves and separate dining areas.

Bathrooms include a combined bath/shower unit and hairdryers. Additionally, rooms include coffee/tea makers and an iron/ironing board. Housekeeping is provided on request.
