'Countess of the Attic Bay' is a cozy apartment for couples and families who want to rest in a quiet area, with spectacular and romantic views. Also this apartment is a perfect option for families with children who want to be near a beach of beauty and safe and with many options and attractions for children.

Inside you will find three bright bedrooms (one bedroom with a double bed of 150 cm x 190 cm, the second bedroom with two double beds of 90 cm x 190 cm and the third bedroom has a bunk bed), full bathrooms, a bright living room with sofa, air conditioning in the dining room for six people, a fully equipped kitchen and a spectacular terrace that looks directly at the beach and the most beautiful pine path of Puerto de Alcudia. There is a safe in the apartment.

The apartment is located on the largest beach of Mallorcas (12 km long) in a quiet area. The beach is only a few steps from the apartment. From there you can walk to the marina, the port, the hotel area ... everything is accessible from the beach path. You will find all kinds of sports activities such as windsurfing, paddle surfing, sailing, glass bottom boats, diving ... You will also find restaurants, cafes, boutiques ... and also for the little ones there are playgrounds, swimming pools, attractions ... In the vicinity there are also banks, doctors, clinics, pharmacies.

There are also historical buildings such as the Roman city of Pollentia, the Roman theater, the medieval walls of the city of Alcudia.
 
If you are a nature fan, the largest natural park of Mallorcas, called S'Albufera and S'Albufereta are a few kilometers away. There are many hiking trails in Aucanada, Bon Aire, La Victoria, Coll Baix ...

Family Break

Nice property in great location next to the beach. Ran out of gas one night but the local contact was there within 10 minutes with a replacement canister. Would suggest that the main bedroom/double bed ought to be in the en suite with the air con but otherwise the property was great and would recommend.

Die Wohnung ist wegen ihrer Lage - direkt am Strand - sehr gut geeignet für Familien mit Kindern. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend.

Empfehlenswert

Die Nähe zu den größeren Hotels ist problematisch, da zeitig früh Busse, Mülltransporter unterwegs sind und Lärm machen. Es gibt ruhigere Objekte. Dafür jedoch sauber, praktisch ausgestattet und die direkte Lage am Strand gewähren einen schönen Aufenthalt für Familien.
