The combination of bedrooms and secure outside space where you can store bicycles has made this house very popular with families and cycling groups coming to Alcudia for the Iron Man and distance road races. The houses along Carrer Cristofel Colom were built at the turn of the 20th century for rich local merchants. Now this fully renovated property sits on one of Alcudia's smartest pedestrianised streets, just 20 metres from the main town square. This is a large townhouse over three floors with a roof terrace above and large outside space at ground level and three balconies.

The house is owned by hosts Peter, Rudolph and Christian. Christian manages the bookings and Peter and Rudolph live and work around the corner from the house in Alcudia and are on hand to help with anything you require.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax is €2+IVA per adult (over 16 years old) per night, payable on arrival.
Cleaning: AirBnB includes an exit clean in your booking, but for longer stays we offer two cleaning options during your visit. A full €220 service which is the whole house from top to bottom including changing all the sheets and towels. Or a half service for €110 which just cleans the house and bathrooms, leaving you to wash the towels and sheets yourself using the washing machine.
