This property provides secure, keyless entry with a Yale Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with a personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay. Accommodation consists of three bedrooms, two are large with Queen size beds and one smaller room containing two king singles. Bedding is professionally laundered fresh and clean. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood a short drive to the main shopping area, Middleton beach and other points of interest. There is a small IGA supermarket just a few blocks away. The house was very clean and nicely laid out and furnished. There is a nice outdoor sitting area we enjoy using, especially for reading early in the morning. The rooms were large and beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. It was an unusually hot weekend for Albany so the airconditioner came in very handy. The decor of the house is lovely with many lounge areas so there is no shortage of places to curl up with a good book. The house was super clean and it was so nice to have a real codfee machine. Edward was so easy to correspond with and always answered straight away to any queries. Home was spotlessly clean and a credit to your cleaner. It was like a home away from home. We were down for the taste great southern and didn’t really want to come home. My daughter and newborn were supposed to join us but unfortunately my daughter was sick so she couldn’t come.
