The Space: Loka Santi is a 4-star boutique holiday apartment complex in Agnes Water/1770, one of Queensland’s “absolutely must visit” holiday destinations. Located along the Agnes Water Surf Beach, Loka Santi is a self-contained unit complex with a communal pool, close to the beach and a short drive to the shopping village, amenities, cafes, and bars. A five minute drive to 1770, the stunning birthplace of Queensland where Captain Cook landed all those years ago. This three bedroom unit contains a \- Master bedroom with king bed, ensuite with shower, bath, toilet & sink \- Second queen bedroom \- Third bedroom with two single beds \- Large open plan kitchen, dining and living area \- Communal pool \- Outdoor terrace with seating and a BBQ \- Air conditioned throughout \- Lift access from underground parking There is Wi-Fi available at this property. The Neighbourhood: The area is surrounded by National Parks, pristine waterways and long stretches of unspoiled beaches which front onto the Coral Sea. We enjoy an excellent year-round climate with Queensland’s northernmost surf beach at Agnes Water for surfing and beach activities. Along the Bay at 1770 you can walk along the parklands and enjoy kayaking, fishing and paddle boarding. It is a short drive to the variety of cafes & boutique shops in the Agnes Water shopping Village or walk down to the beautiful Agnes Water surf beach for a leisurely day along the water. Getting Around: We recommend guests have a vehicle to travel around the area. There is a shuttle bus that can offer tours, pick up/drop off services from your accommodation, the train station or airport. Please get in touch for more information. There is a tourism information centre in Agnes Water. Nearest airports: Gladstone and Bundaberg - 75 kilometres. Nearest train stop: Miriam Vale - 50 kilometres.
