"Room was clean just couple small things , table in room needs replacing and towel rail very dusty. Staff pleasant a couple stood out more than some . Misinformed first night about me being able to eat in the restuarant . Breakfast was very nice as was evening meal however as tasty as the starter was £22 was steep for what it was comparing to other 4 or 5 star hotels . I would come back its minutes from my work so a good place to chill before hand"

I took my daughter as a surprise for her 30th birthday to the Sunborn Yacht. We received a friendly welcome in the stunning reception area, and they stored our luggage until check-in time, whilst we had lovely afternoon tea I'd booked prior to arrival. We discovered once into our room that the bed was not a king size bed as booked so went downstairs to ask why. The initial response was that the bed was as booked but measurements prices otherwise. We had a great time staying at this Four Seasons hotel in Canary Wharf. The rooms are lovely, well equipped and very comfortable. The bedding itself is worth a mention, as it really is of great quality. The staff are friendly - though almost over attentive at check in. Check out was however nice and quick - though perhaps they could think about offering to call a cab? The door staff also made the hotel more special, the initial welcome was really really good. I stayed 3 night ( Sun-Wed ) In Warehouse K was nice and quite a bit cold one night but there was a electric radiator in the room so that solved the problem. Very friendly reception staff specially Olena who checked me in and checked me out , also stored my luggage after the check out as I needed a bit more time to see the Tower Bridge. The area is also perfect you have busses that i recommend rather then going underground , for the views , and 10 min walk to centre, I recommend you take it...

Fantastic spa hotel with neighbouring Woodland Trust forest to explore. The leisure facilities include a heated indoor pool, sauna, hydro-pool and steam room. There's also a wonderful roof terrace which was handy as it was a lovely sunny day. We ate dinner and lunch at the hotel, both were excellent. The room was clean and comfortable and we were able to organise a late checkout with the reception team who were very flexible. We will certainly stay again.
