"This hotel is amazing! The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel itself is stunning and the location is awesome. The only downside to this hotel, and other buildings in the UK,is the absence of air conditioning. When we visited London it was in excess of 32C. The hotel does provide fans and heavy blackout drapery, but it was still stifling throughout the hotel. Overall though, I loved this hotel. Easy walking distance to dining, entertainment, shopping, cultural sights and train stations. Clean, modern rooms and amenities, with nice beds and pillows. Would stay here again!"

"Super easy to reach Terminal 5. Very useful for early BA flight. Plus, more luxurious than expected. Convenient convenience store for late arrival. We WILL be back!"
