"It was great, but… I was a little surprised that they wanted to charge to take you to the airport, and charge you for breakfast. It does say that on their website, but I was still a little disappointed. "

"This hotel is amazing! The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel itself is stunning and the location is awesome. The only downside to this hotel, and other buildings in the UK,is the absence of air conditioning. When we visited London it was in excess of 32C. The hotel does provide fans and heavy blackout drapery, but it was still stifling throughout the hotel. Overall though, I loved this hotel. Easy walking distance to dining, entertainment, shopping, cultural sights and train stations. Clean, modern rooms and amenities, with nice beds and pillows. Would stay here again!"

"The Waterloo station looks super close to hotel but it’s at least 5-10 mins walk FYI, due to the entrance being at a weird location. Otherwise location was great. Staff extremely responsive. We had a "
