Ein schönes, praktisch und modern eingerichtetes Haus, mit sehr angenehmem Wohnklima. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, vom Hundenapf bis zum Grill. Ein sehr netter Vermieter, der gut Englisch spricht. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos. Die Kurtaxe hat er am Ende mit der Kaution verrechnet. Die Straße ist erst ungewohnt aber das legt sich. Ab und an kommt ein Radfahrer oder ein Auto vorbei, Nachbarn gibt es kaum, sehr erholsam und entspannend. Sehr schöne Wanderwege direkt vom Haus. Adapter sind nicht schlecht, Handykabel gehen aber auch so. Das nicht vorhandene W-Lan war eine Wohltat. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine gibt es aufgrund der Gegebenheiten vor Ort keine. Für uns vier Erwachsene mit zwei mittelgrossen Hunden einfach super! Die Anfahrt über die schmalen Strassen kann anstrengend sein, dafür entschädigt aber der ganze Rest. Das Haus ist super eingerichtet, alles da was man braucht. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter, gute Einweisung. Solaranlage hat 4 Regentage problemlos durchgehalten ohne Generator Unterstüzung. Reisetipps: Sehr schönes Wandergebiet Lukmanier / Bleniotal. Sehr ruhig und abgelegen, viele Rustico Streusiedlungen. Etwas schmale Zufahrt aber dank wenig Gegenverkehr OK. Sehr netter Vermieter, kam pünktlich zum vereinbarten Treffpunkt und die Übergabe am Haus war sehr nett gemacht. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und noch mehr und ist auch super sauber und gepflegt. Platz ist auch mehr als genug vorhanden. Sogar für den Hund gab es einen lange Leine um ihn auf der Terrasse anzuhängen da das Grundstück nicht eingezäunt ist und gelegentlich Autos vorbei fahren. Ruhe pur und einen herrlichen Weitblick über das Bleniotal, sehr entspannend. Reisetipps: Markt jeden Mittwoch in Luino.
