"We couldn’t get in touch with the owner, and hand to contact Hotels.com to be able to get information about the check in. You’re really paying for the location with this place. It’s really close to everything including the old town, the castle and Princes street garden. But the kitchens smells bad, probably the fridge. The rooms smells like mold and I’m allergic… and there was some others hair all over the bathroom. I think what bothered us the most though was that there was absolutely NO HEAT....

"The apartment is situated just outside the city centre down a charming back lane. It was clean, spacious and we were greeted by fresh flowers, coffee and short bread biscuits. We received several informative emails from the staff at Greatbase Apartments that helped make the whole check in and check out process seamless. Great apartment, would recommend. "

"小さい子供〜中学生の子連れ家族５人の旅行で利用しました。 サイト上の地図の表示よりもLothian roadに近いところです。Waverley駅から行くときは、New town 側から回ると、平坦な道で楽です。(逆に、old town側から行くとアップダウンがきついです。）空港バスのバス停からもすぐでした。 建物そのものはかなり古いのでしょうが、きれいに改築されていて、寝室３つにバスが３つ、広くて快適です。一部排水溝が流れにくかったりしましたが、特に使用上困るようなことはありませんでした。 部屋から見えるエディンバラ城、特に朝焼けをバックにシルエットが見えたのが最高でした。 洗濯機があって、眺めが良くて、駅や観光スポットから遠くない、できれば雰囲気のある建物で、というアパートを探していたので、まさに望み通りでした。 チェックイン２時間前に電話連絡が必要です。（レセプションがないので、担当の人がアパートで待っていてくれます）"
